About the event

Join us for group mentor sessions for FinTech startups with an AWS startup expert to get your questions answered. Group mentor sessions provide opportunities for startup leaders to discuss key challenges and FinTech best practices with startup experts and their peers. All sessions will be held virtually, with one startup mentor and six peers. When registering, please indicate your first and second session topic choices. Our team will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Please note: Mentor sessions are reserved on a first come, first served basis; and due to high demand we may not be able to accommodate all requests. If we are able to accommodate your request, you'll hear from our team within a few days of your registration with additional session details.

Data as a Differentiator: How FinTech Startups Can Transform the Customer Experience

Knowing your customer and improving the client experience has been a strong USP for many FinTech companies. Find out how to make the most out of data trends and how to intelligently extract insights from customer data to provide real-time value to the end-user.

Tools for Building Your MVP on AWS

Two of the most critical technical decisions for FinTech founders are correctly scoping what comprises an MVP and how to make pragmatic decisions on how to build it. In this session you will get practical advice on 1) how to prioritise which features should go in to your MVP, avoid scope creep, and determine what is the "minimum" to build, and 2) how to choose the right development approaches and select the right infrastructure options that can enable you to develop your product with high velocity and at a low cost.

Best Practices for Selling to Enterprise

For startups, selling in to Enterprise customers can be daunting. Making contact, finding the decision-maker, navigating procurement, completing the contract. These are time-consuming, complex challenges that many startups struggle to navigate. This session will give you an opportunity to learn best practises for selling into Enterprise customers.
